REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. That's why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can Glanz Skin PRO risk-free to test if it's right for you.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by glanzlift@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.
APPROVAL OF RETURNS
You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has heavy wear and tear and is not in the same condition & packaging (cardboard box) as when you received it.
Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please follow the instructions in the email we will send you: glanzlift@gmail.com.
You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
